Your responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders, including functional hiring managers, HR partner, and TA Operations in order to foster partnerships that yield consistent on-going communication, high-quality results, and efficient processes in order to build TA function credibility

  • Execute the full life cycle recruitment process for professional and managerial commercial and office based roles while achieving the KPIs and system accuracy.

  • Develop and maintain a network of internal/external contacts to help source high potential talent

  • Conduct innovative sourcing strategies by leveraging new platforms and social media to tap into passive talent pools

  • Stay informed of external market trends and recruiting techniques. Build ongoing external networks and future candidate slates.

  • Analyze internal/external data to derive talent insights and drive continuous improvement initiatives

  • Pro-actively develop talent mapping and build talent pools responding to the upcoming business talent needs

  • Participate and lead various projects on process improvement and best in class recruitment activities

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum 5 years of significant In-house recruitment experience or significant agency experience.

  • Very good written and spoken English is a must (working with English speaking Hiring Managers on a daily basis)

  • Strong communications skills

  • Relevant recruitment experience for high level InfoSec / IT and/or commercial roles

  • Prior work experience within a similar multinational company or within another large, global, matrixed environment

  • Experience using a Recruitment management system

  • Demonstration of strong advisor abilities, supported by solid understanding of business, external labor market, competitive landscape, and data analytics

  • Strong stakeholder engagement at all levels

  • Flexibility and adaptability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter) to join Warsaw based Talent Acquisition team and work closely with hiring managers and candidates during the end to end hiring process ensuring a positive Hiring Manager and candidate experience. You will be responsible for developing and leading a professional talent acquisition strategy, inclusive of the management of full life cycle recruiting for PepsiCo Poland, Central Europe and Global IT, with focus on professional and managerial roles, for commercial & Information Security roles.
