Your responsibilities
The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
Talent Acquisition Specialist acts as a talent advisor and conducts recruitment processes.
The successful incumbent will develop relationships with key stakeholders built on trust and reliability to bring the best in class recruitment results.
Here, you can apply your talent by:
- Conducting end to end recruitment process based on the company's guidelines
- Posting job offers to the relevant channels.
- Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Building.
- Acting as an advisor, expert and point of contact for hiring managers.
- Developing and maintaining positive candidates experience and timely feedback.
- Maintaining recruitment related data in ATS system and tools.
- Employer branding activities including maintaining relations with Universities.
- Leading and or taking a part in other Talent Acquisition related projects.
- Acting accordingly to the GDPR rules, legal local requirements, ensuring that 3M internal regulations are fulfilled.
Our requirements
Higher education (bachelor’s or master’s degree)
Minimum 2 years of experience in end-2-end recruitment and/or sourcing
Organizational skills & time management
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Customer oriented approach, collaborative attitude
Profficiency in English
