attracting candidates using various sources, like social media, professional networking sites, employee referrals, research new ways of approaching candidates
serving as a point of contact for candidates during their recruitment process
screening CV’s and setting up the right talent pipeline, cultivating and bringing high potential profiles to the team
taking part in the interviews, ensuring excellent candidate experience
developing strong relationship and partnership with hiring managers, business leaders and HR to effectively address recruitment needs
taking part in recruiting & employer branding events, such as job fairs, career events, open days, meet ups, etc.
fluency in English
Polish is a must
experience as a Recruiter (min. 2 years)
strong knowledge of IT recruiting is a must
exceptional organizational skills; you are at ease with an abundance of details, yet mindful of the big picture
ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them
experience in working in a partnership model with vendors, headhunters, hiring managers and other internal stakeholders
superb interpersonal, communication, and team skills; ability to build working relationships with candidates and recruiting colleagues
flexible and comfortable with ambiguity
