Your responsibilities
- Manage full cycle of internal and external recruitment process from recruitment requisition to onboarding of new employee
- Proactively attract and search candidates, using social media and other tools
- Conduct market and competitors analysis for setting best strategies to reach and attract top talents
- Build positive employer brand image and participate in internal and external employer branding initiatives
Our requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position, IT preferably
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools and techniques
- Good communication skills
- Fluent knowledge of English language (we work in global environment with managers and candidates around the world)
- Ability to work independently and within the team
- Focus on customer satisfaction
- Understanding of IT technologies will be an advantage
- Knowledge of Workday HR system would be an advantage

Job Description
We are HR team supporting leaders and teams in gaining their goals and ambitious plans. Teams located in Business Centre in Warsaw – mainly IT – supports business with their services and solutions globally.

Nowadays our teams are working remotely. Traveling to office is expected occasionally.
