Your responsibilities
- Performing all recruitment activities in building and updating database of candidates, conducting recruitment processes, sourcing candidates, direct search, building a talent pools;
- Processing HR documentation based on legal requirements;
- Employer branding activities,
- Ensuring that all the processes are carried out in accordance with agreed standards;
- Regular and ad-hoc reporting, analysis and/or statistics.
Our requirements
- Experience in recruiting Support Specialists;
- Experience in IT/Telco recruitment will be a plus;
- Excellent knowledge of sourcing channels and recruitment methods;
- Knowledge of the local labor market;
- Fluent verbal and written English and Polish is a must;
- Very good communication and negotiation skills;
- Very good operational and organizational skills;
- Ability to generate solutions independently, based on analytical skills & business knowledge;
- Strong Knowledge of MS office suite; - Good knowledge of Polish Labor Law;
- Experience in hiring foreigners.
