    Talent Acquisition Support (fixed term contract)

    The Role Responsibilities

    • Providing assessment / selection administrative support for the Recruiters and Managers as required, e.g. candidate set up, pulling candidate profiles
    • Supporting Recruiters in updating job requisitions and posting quality adverts aligned to the employer brand on to job boards Initial CV and phone screening
    • Scheduling interviews
    • Producing and issuing offer letters/contracts
    • Tracking completion of all talent acquisition administration against deadlines
    • Effectively managing general queries from candidates
    • Effectively and efficiently using the internal recruitment and HR systems to manage the end to end talent acquisition process, recording all relevant details (e.g. applicant contact, interview times and dates) and keeping the system up to date at all times
    Our Ideal Candidate:
    • Track record of working successfully within an administrative environment, preferably within Talent Acquisition/HR (inhouse or search firm / consultancy)
    • Fluency at English
    • Excellent accuracy and attention to details
    • Preferred previous experience at work in a very organized way, multi-tasking, prioritizing, managing data, and setting and achieving deadlines
    • Excellent communication skills, ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers
    • Flexibility and customer focused approach
    • Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
