As an integral part of the Global Talent Acquisition Team, the Systems & Operations Lead - Talent Acquisition will take responsibility for the systems and processes that drive support the talent acquisition team. This newly created position will drive of continuous improvement of TA systems and processes and will lead on a technology implementation and adoption.

Description

  • Critically review processes and ways of working, proposing improvements and changes as required
  • Subject matter expert for TA technology and processes and point of contact in the TA team for process and technology matters
  • Project Management for technology implementations impacting TA
  • Driving adoption of the systems used by TA, offering support and guidance as required
  • Relationship manager with technology vendors
  • Partnering with colleagues across company to ensure TA systems and processes are optimised e.g. HR Business Partners, IT and Finance
  • Continuous improvement of processes to streamline ways of working
  • Regularly report progress to TA leaders

Profile

  • Project Management experience
  • Demonstrable expertise successfully implementing HR technology solutions
  • Knowledge of the TA technology landscape - knowledge of Workday will be advantageous
  • Ability to conceptualise how technology can drive talent acquisition, coupled with the ability to execute on those strategies
  • Knowledge and experience in end to end recruitment process
  • Vendor management capability
  • Deep understanding of TA processes, likely gained from having spent time working as a Recruiter or TA leader
  • First class communication skills with the ability to work with colleagues globally
  • Strong organisational skills, able to manage competing priorities
