We are looking for the Candidates for the position of:
Talent Acquistion Partner
Workplace: Poznań, Pastelowa 2
 
Wavin Shared Services is constantly broadening the service scope. Therefore we have decided to create HR Services Tower for Wavin and Orbia Group EMEA based entities.
We are building EMEA Talent Acquisition Team that will enable Wavin & Orbia companies to leverage HR shared service delivery model, streamline recruitment efforts across the Region, design & deploy best in class recruitment practices & tools.
Be the first person of our HR Team and take the opportunity to design / execute Talent Acquisition processes from scratch.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify current recruitment ways of working, tools and practices that local entities are following
  • Lift & shift recruitment processes to Wavin Shared Services
  • Drive end to end recruitment processes (job intake, job posting, active search/sourcing; interviewing etc.) on behalf of local entities within the Region
  • Prepare training materials & educate local entities on recruitment techniques & tools
  • Constantly drive, improve client’s & candidate’s experience
  • Support EB / EVP initiatives driven by local HR teams
  • Close cooperation with global & local HR
  • Build long term business relationships with customers
  • Continuously monitor trends in recruitment area
  • Support implementation and adoption of Applicant Tracking Systems and any other relevant tools

Requirements:

  • Proven, sound and successful track record within the recruitment area (min. 3-5 years in the role)
  • Experience in setting up HR services / recruitment operations
  • Excellent knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools
  • Business & Commercial savviness
  • Fluent command of English  
  • Experience in working with Applicant Tracking System
  • Ability to influence individuals in senior positions within the organization
  • Natural ability to question the status-quo
  • Proven excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables, conditional formatting etc.)
