Your responsibilities
- Design and deliver project to improve Candidate experience in selection steps, with the focus on company’s alumni
- Drive change management and enablement among Talent Attraction Partners & Global Mobility Partners
- Co-create Talent Attraction communication approach and work with Client’s internal People Services Outreach Team
Our requirements
- Proven track record in successful implementations of various, complex, global programs/projects/solutions
- Proven records in delivering successful communication among various stakeholder groups
- Passion for project management principles and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Open and fearless communication and presentation skills
- Analytical skills, including ability to challenge the status quo and recommend innovative solutions
- Curiosity to explore alternative industry practices, methodologies, and benchmarks
- Deep knowledge of Lean and Agile principles

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with recruitment background, who will be empowered to design and implement projects related to enhance Sii Client’s hiring experience and driving projects related to talent pipeline building.
You will have a unique opportunity to lead a newly created 'Alumni' initiative that will build candidate pipelines from ex-worker communities. You will lead the design and implementation of the project, and you will be responsible for internal and all stakeholder communication within Talent Attraction arena.
