As a graduate in  Wholesale Banking Operations you will work with process streamlining and  automation, strategy management and governance, organisational development, change management and a simplification journey.  
In this role you will cooperate closely with several WBO teams,   project and line managers, IT experts, etc. Your role will be to tap onto the intiatives run in the department, review them, provide iteration ideas and drive these forward. We expect you to be proactive, committed, open-minded to changes and striving for continuous improvements.  
Additional information: 
  • You will be expected to travel to the Scandinavia as well as to rotate during the programme at least to another team/department.

The qualifications you need

We have high expectations on our graduates. We are looking for pursuing talents with an aim to drive their own personal development within the framework provided by the Nordea Graduate Programme.  
  • A Finance/Economy/Banking related Master’s degree at the time of starting the role ( 1st of September 2017)  
  • A maximum of two years’ post-academic work experience 
  • Excellent English language skills  
As part of the recruitment process, you will participate in an assessment centre checking your numerical, verbal and inductive capabilities.  
Please note that an assessment centre may be held in one of the Nordic countries.  
In addition, we expect you to have personal ambition and to be a team player in the future. You are confident, driven and possess the mindset to develop and constantly improve your competencies and skills.
