    Talent Management Specialist with French or Italian
    Workplace: Kraków

    Main tasks:

    Learning & Development

    • Attendance tracking for classroom sessions and E-Learnings
    • Online course Administration: creating learning plans, enrollments, events, sessions, groups, solving user issues
    • Coordinate QVC trainings, align with all sites, work closely with market L&D Coordinator to ensure the on-site administrative support, send invitations and schedules, work with Resource Planning to produce the calendar
    • Inform leaders about completion rates for their teams for mandatory online courses

    Talent Acquisition

    • Screening CV's to meet minimum qualification expectation for the position and shortlisting of candidates for phone interview calls
    • Scheduling and conducting first phone interviews with candidates selected by Talent Acquisition Partners
    • Coordinating logistics for interviews (checking availabilities of interviewers and candidates, room booking, scheduling video conference for external attendees, providing the plan (date, time, room) of the interview to the candidate and interviewer, providing QVC Global interviewing guides to interviewers in order to conduct a successful interview)

    We are looking for candidates who:

    • Speak fluent English and French or Italian
    • Have up to 1- 3 years of experience in talent management or HR Services
    • Are highly organized with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with excellent attention to detail
    • Are resilient and have the ability to cope with a fast paced environment where constant change is the norm
    • Have strong collaborative partnering skills, able to work well with all levels in the organization to achieve positive results
    • Present strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Are passionate about self-development and continuous improvement
    • Have customer, service mind-set and a proactive way of working to service the customers in a “can do” attitude
    • Experience in working in HR systems such as Workday and strong working knowledge of MS Office will be a strong asset
    • Experience using Case Management software is an asset
