    In Warsaw we provide remote support to the consulting part of our business globally, and we work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment to produce lasting change for our clients.  Members of our teams in Warsaw (Support Professionals) help our consultants to be successful in the work they do for our clients.  From executive assistants to knowledge management and research to design and production, our SPs are experts in their area of responsibility and focus on service excellence. We seek high-caliber individuals with demonstrated success in their area of interest.

     

    Oliver Wyman is looking for SP Talent Manager to join the global SP Talent Management team. This role reports to the Global Head of Support Professional Talent Management Department. SP Talent Manager for Warsaw will oversee all OW SPTM initiatives for the office. This role is your opportunity to become the primary point of contact for all OW SP TM needs within the Warsaw office and work closely with SP Managers, the local Human Capital (HC) Manager, the wider SPTM team and the Office Leader to support the Warsaw staff on topics including, but not limited to, performance management, training & development, employee relations, compensation activities, integration/onboarding and retention.

    WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

    • You will be an experienced (5-10 years of relevant experience) HR Professional ideally from the BPO/SSC, management consultancy, financial services or professional services sector;
    • You will have knowledge and practical experience in Talent Management, succession planning, employee engagement, retention with strong client relationship skills;
    • We expect you to have the ability to establish positive, cooperative working relationships, demonstrate flexible attitude and be ready to step outside of job description if needed;
    • Fluency in English, multicultural outlook, ability to work across borders and coaching and conflict management skills is imperative.
