The team for you to join

As Talent Sourcer you will be part of our HR GMEA & CEE department consisting of 7 passionate HR colleagues located across the Czech Republic, Poland, Ukraine, UAE and Turkey. We are part of the Global HR Services organization and in this key role you will be located in Warsaw (Czosnow), Poland, where you will (when in office) sit closely together with other HR colleagues in the Warsaw office.

What would your role look like?

In your role, you become part of our diverse and passionate Global HR organization. You will report directly to Head of HR GMEA & CEE located in the Czech Republic with a dotted line to the Global Talent Acquisition Manager located in Denmark responsible for Talent Acquisition globally, whom you will work closely together with.

You will furthermore be part of our Global Talent Acquisition Community (with local Recruitment Specialists) where you will represent HR GMEA & CEE and have cross-functional responsibility for organizing, coordinating and aligning on talent sourcing initiatives across Chr. Hansen to support on recruitments. The emphasis will be on supporting with talent sourcing globally, however you will have a gradual on-boarding transition: initially focusing on sourcing for easier recruitments in Denmark to get to know the organization, then moving on to also cover the EMEA region on demanding searches after approximately 6-12 months and thereafter a global scope.

In addition, you will be instrumental in the close cooperation with the Talent Acquisition Community to develop, implement and follow up on the talent sourcing service level agreement (SLA) on recruitments across all functional areas in the global Chr. Hansen locations.

Your primary tasks will be to:

Actively conduct talent sourcing (search) for candidates, meaning pre-screening and qualifying them;

while coordinating with local HR recruitment professionals about shortlist based on agreed SLA

Develop and maintain talent sourcing channels to attract a pipeline of the right future talents

Continuously build relationships with potential candidates on social media (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook etc.)

Ensure focus on diversity, equity and inclusion measures in searches

Identify qualified candidate profiles using various active sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search on Google, through LinkedIn Recruiter etc.)

Our requirements

Who are we looking for?

You have a relevant academic education (e.g. Bachelor or Master in Human Resources Management) or similar working experience and around 4-5 years of relevant talent sourcing experience preferably from an in-house talent sourcing role in an international organization or recruitment agency. You have excellent skills using LinkedIn Recruiter for talent sourcing. Furthermore, you have organizational skills, so you have experience in coordinating and structuring searches and mapping the talent market, while being able to pragmatically adapt to a new business context in a sourcing assignment.

In addition, it is advantageous if you:

Are tech savvy; knowing Application Tracking Systems (e.g. SuccessFactors), HR databases and SoMe

Have employer branding experience for best representing a global company employer brand

English communication proficiency verbal and written is a prerequisite.
