Your responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to support short and long term talent pipelines

  • Provide the Recruitment Partner with support regarding the creation of engaging job adverts and postings

  • Develop candidate pipelines and talent pools to support specific hard to fill roles, campaigns and attraction activity

  • Be a brand ambassador with a focus on the candidate experience, bringing to life the culture, values and opportunities and DLA Piper

  • Input into the development of candidate engagement and outreach initiatives and marketing campaigns and sourcing strategies

  • Proactively recommend and drive process improvements that impact candidate identification and engagement

  • Conduct CV pre-screening and screening calls for pre-defined roles

  • Collaborate with GSC Recruitment Operations team to seek their support as well as provide them with requested information related to candidate’s status, vacancy stage and reporting data

Our requirements

  • Fluent Polish and English

  • A proven background proactively sourcing candidates and developing successful relationships and candidate talent pools – in house or agency

  • A passion for talent acquisition and best-in-class candidate experience and service delivery

  • Customer-and service orientated person with strong communication skills

  • Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding workload and multiple priorities/hiring needs

  • Strong understanding and application of recruitment technology including ATS expertise, varied search and sourcing methods, LinkedIn, talent pooling and market mapping

  • Ability to build relationships and networks internally and externally, partnering with the business and internal employee resource groups to drive referrals and attract diverse talent

  • Effective communication skills and the ability to grasp commercial concepts and complex procedures

The Talent Acquisition team at DLA Piper currently operate from offices across the international firm, providing talent acquisition services that stretch across Europe, the Middle East and APAC. There are four teams that combine to make the Talent Acquisition function.

1. the Experienced Hires team, which focuses on the recruitment of qualified legal and business services talent;

2. the Partner Hires team, which is responsible for international Partner recruitment; and

3. the Graduate and Early Careers team, which recruits for Graduates, Internships and Early Careers as well and running the associated development programs.

4. Talent Acquisition Excellence team who create future focused ways of working to shape best in class talent acquisition.

Working in collaboration with Hiring Managers, Partners and HR colleagues, each of these teams focus' on finding, assessing and securing highly talented individuals in an engaging, fair and inclusive way.

Accountability for all talent acquisition activity falls within the function, who operate within a Business Partnering model. They work in collaboration with the wider HR teams and are supported by a shared service centre, based in Poland.

The team have embarked on an ambitious transformation initiative designed to ensure DLA Piper are internationally recognised as a destination employer and that the firm can secure talent ahead of its competitors and to help shape the future of the organisation.

To support the local International Recruitment Business Partner and our hiring community, in the attraction of the very best people for our firm.To be a key point of contact in the engagement and development of long term relationships with candidates.
