    • Leading overall Sourcing activities for diverse business areas
    • Collaborating with Recruiting Partners and Hiring Managers to evaluate business area staffing needs
    • Sourcing candidates through active direct sourcing, advertising, referrals, networking and Internal Mobility program
    • Screening applications and submitting best talents for Hiring Managers review
    • Contacting and assessing candidates for skill proficiency; managing feedback process and consulting
    • Handling specific projects related to Campus& Experienced Recruitment Team
    • Assisting with recruitment planning including staffing metrics and applicant tracking
    • Taking care of job openings and job postings

    Open to discussing flexible/agile working.

    Qualifications:

    • You hold a university degree
    • You are fluent in verbal and written German or French and your English verbal and written skills are at good or very good level
    • You have at least 2 years of previous experience in a corporate environment (experience in Human Resources or Recruitment would be an asset)
    • You have excellent organizational skills combined with the ability to prioritize and multitask while working in a vibrant environment
    • You possess solid attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
    • You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
    • Innovative, creative and passionate way of working
    • You are a highly motivated teammate eager to perform and deliver
    • You are a dedicated problem-solver with positive, can-do attitude
