Your responsibilities

  • Supporting the EMEA Tax Accounting Team Leader and EMEA Financial Controllers in the tax reporting process, ensuring that the quality of information and control within CCH Integrator are maintained at a high level

  • Provide technical support on all aspects of tax reporting to the Financial Controllers in EMEA region, including: Technical support on CCH Integrator, Subject matter specialist on tax accounting / reporting under US, Subject matter expert in tax reporting requirements in line with Kimberly-Clark requirements, Training on CCH Integrator and US Tax Accounting for new joiners

  • Key CCHI User and Tax Reporting Specialist for EMEA

  • Working with EMEA Tax Accounting Team Leader and Financial Controllers perform cyclical reviews of legal entity tax reporting and use of CCH Integrator

  • Working with EMEA Tax Accounting Team Leader and Financial Controllers the Book To Return reconciliation

  • Work with and support Genpact (outsourced service provider) in their use of CCH Integrator and tax reporting

  • Support the month end tax reporting process: look for efficiencies, improve the month end close in respect of tax postings, review complex postings and support complex entities/jurisdictions

  • Suggesting and implementing improvements in tax reporting and CCH Integrator

  • Provide support to the external and internal auditors with extracting information from CCH Integrator

  • The role is closely linked with the monthly/quarterly reporting and follows global closing calendar

Our requirements

  • The job holder will have a university professional qualification in economics and accounting

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in Accounting and Reporting in a multinational company

  • Good knowledge of tax accounting rules and requirements under US GAAP and ideally IFRS gained in a multinational company and preferably confirmed with recognized accounting certificates

  • Exposure to corporate tax in a large multinational environment or corporate tax experience in a large professional practice with the desire to make the transition to industry

  • Experience in interpreting and clearly articulating complex tax matters

  • Experience in using tax management software

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
