Your responsibilities
Preparation / review of VAT returns, Intrastat, ESL and other indirect taxes for EMEA market
Review of VAT related accounts reconciliation
Taking part in transition of indirect taxes to Warsaw SSC
Support in VAT audits performed by local tax authorities as well as STAT/group audits
Contact with third-party service providers and local tax authorities
Close collaboration with AP, AR, CM, Intercompany teams
Preparation of process documentation as work instructions
Our requirements
You have earned a university degree with a major in taxes, finance, or accounting
1-3 years of experience in indirect taxesYou have strong analytical skills and ability to meet strict deadlines
Technology skills including PC and Web-based applications, proficiency in using Oracle system will be an asset
Fluency in English is a requirement

Knowledge of Polish VAT rules
