Your responsibilities
- You are managing an international tax team and ensure their development.
- Steering of all Frosta entities in tax issues.
- Changes are actively driven by you always with the focus on becoming digital champion by 2025.
- You take over projects in digitalization and automation of tax / finance processes.
- In your daily business you will cooperate closely with financial teams, tax advisors and internal stakeholders.
Our requirements
- You have a higher education in Taxes, Accounting, Finance or related.
- You bring several years of experience in managing a tax department in an international environment and ideally also in applying the new, cutting-edge technology in tax environment.
- Very good communication and time management skills as well as working in an agile manner are a matter of course for you.
- You bring knowledge in tax regulations (CIT, VAT, WHT) and ideally also in MDR reporting and TP.
- You are proficient in English.

About the project
For our One FRoSTA AG Accounting department responsible for servicing companies from the FRoSTA AG group. The position will be report directly to the One FRoSTA AG Manager. A key role Tax and Treasury Leader is to assure that the company vision, mission as well the concrete targets and the strategy is well understood by all respective team members.
