    This role is accountable for providing leadership and oversight to a team of capable attorneys/paralegals and analysts dedicated to support our client in the management of their commercial and public contracts.
     
    Our Client is global, leading edge, new technology company based in United States of America, who is focused on problem solving and values cooperative approach. The role requires constant communication with client’s stakeholders.
    Team Manager, Contract Management

    Responsibilities:

    • Play an integral role in developing and managing the team, which includes the recruitment of team members, onboarding and training, performance management, and keeping the team motivated
    • Manage and develop client relationship, provide exceptional service
    • Management of multiple process streams: Contract Information Management, client Helpdesk, client-facing and internal reporting
    • Operational reporting
    • Support process and playbook design, performance measurement and management
    • Identifying risks and issues, and developing appropriate mitigation plans
    • Ad hoc project management
    • Launch and transition of services

    Our ideal candidate has the following skill sets and characteristics:

    • Team Management
      • 1-2 years of proven experience in leading and managing a team to implement and follow a detailed process
      • Ability to assign and oversee work streams through analysis of a team’s skill and experience
      • Strong coaching & development skills
      • Proficiency in workflow management, team performance metrics & reporting
    • Client Relationship Development/Management
      • Proven track record in building strong, trust-based relationships with diverse client groups
      • Ability to interface with customers and members of large organizations
      • Business acumen and understanding of contractual & SLA frameworks that govern Client Service environment
      • Strong “client hands” and business communication skills
      • Experience in analyzing business needs of the Client while developing and implementing innovative, effective solutions & strategies
    • Drive for Continuous Improvement
      • Quick to identify and resolve issues in collaboration with client and team members
      • Possesses an appetite for innovation, driving efficiencies by developing playbooks, templates, SOPs and more
      • Experience in change management during implementation of company-wide policies and procedures
      • Ability to use metrics to monitor and improve performance and achieve performance goals
      • Technologically savvy; previous experience with implementation/change of IT/IS will be an asset
      • Ability to understand complex data sets, identify interdependencies between various data elements and drive improvements in data extraction, structuring and reporting
    • Collaborative Spirit
      • Proven ability to work collaboratively with different internal groups/functions and virtual teams
      • Demonstrated ability to work well with all levels of an organization (internally and externally) to provide excellent client service
    • Education:
      • Minimum Bachelor degree
      • Excellent written and spoken command of English
      • Legal background or experience with commercial contracts highly desirable
