Your responsibilities
- Build and supervise effective Commercial Finance Admin team for UKIE Market (UK and Ireland)
- Ensure successful transition, stabilization, and standardization of processes in Kraków Center of Excellence
- Act as key contact point for UKIE Market sales organization in commercial finance processes
- Monitor and act on key performance indicators for commercial finance processes (pricing, rebates, contract management)
- Be involved in operational activities for pricing and rebate processes
- Coach and mentor team members
- Coordinate and execute internal reporting and projects
Our requirements
- Fluent English is a must, command of other EU languages would be an asset
- Degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial processes experience and people’s management
- Strong PC skills, e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word and good system knowledge of SAP
- Strong communication skills to communicate complex financial and performance information with a variety of audiences and multinational environment

Commercial Finance Team Lead is responsible for the daily administration of the Commercial Finance Admin team and provides support to division finance as well as to the sales team. The areas of team administration are pricing, rebates/accruals and customer contract management. Additionally, provides support to the Project Team during the Commercial Finance Transformation project, ensuring transition & stabilization of processes in Kraków.
