Your responsibilities

  • Managing the performance of the team, ensuring that the service levels are met

  • Monitoring risk of service provided and ensuring implementation of mitigation measures

  • Coaching, mentoring and developing team members

  • Providing operational support to team members

  • Handling client communication and escalations

Our requirements

  • Fluent English

  • Minimum 4 years of leadership experience on the similar position

  • Customer orientation and experience in maintaining relationships with client on

  • Experience in F&A area (preferable BPO or SSC)
