Your responsibilities

  • Providing leadership to the team on daily activities to achieve maximum operations efficiency

  • Direct supervision over the work of Process Leads / subordinate employees and their results

  • Communicate the company’s goals & objectives into manageable tasks for the team and ensure full understanding among them

  • Participating in projects roll outs, training & supporting SSC in new process improvements

  • Identifying Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements within SSC and support them to increase performance

  • Ensuring control and compliance requirements of processes are met

Our requirements

  • 2 years of relevant experience, preferably background in Customer Service/Finance/Accounting

  • Higher education, preferred in finance / marketing area

  • Knowledge of English at least at level C1

  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

  • Knowledge of SAP

  • Leadership authority and ability to effectively engage and motivate employees

  • Understanding employee’s development needs and active supporting of their realisation

  • Ability to effectively deliver business aims

  • Ability to promote innovation and mobilize employees in the process of change implementation

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


  • Experience in financial reporting would be an asset

  • Knowledge of another foreign language at B2 level would be an asset
