Your responsibilities

  • Monitoring, coaching and supporting team members to meet operational plans, development opportunities and career goals.

  • Ensuring accurate, timely and high-quality service including KPI management.

  • Initiating and implementing changes in processes.

  • Cooperation with internal and external auditors and responsibility for the preparation of documents for SOX audit.

  • Maintaining positive relations with suppliers, employees of other departments of the company.

  • Ensuring that appropriate AP processes, controls, policies and procedures are in place and comply with QIAGEN standards.

  • Act as escalation point.

  • Assure accurate reporting during month end closure.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher level of education in Accounting or related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in managing Teams.

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

  • Good knowledge of German will be an asset.

  • Knowledge of SAP accounting system will be an asset.

  • Excellent team coordination skills.

  • Analytical thinking.

  • Openness for continuous improvement (willing to address innovative ideas, open to feedback).
