Your responsibilities

  • As part of the Asset Team within Customer Service your role will be to lead and develop an efficient team of Asset Back Office Employees who deliver at high level of first contact to our Retailers and support to Account Managers and FSEs.

  • This role is to support Retailers in their journey with CHEP as well as enhance existing processes and provide efficient solutions to current challenges.

  • Implement, develop and control team’s processes in order to assure high level of support

  • Constantly review existing KPI’s, processes and systems in order to achieve optimum asset  efficiency and consistency.

  • Support asset productivity, audits and cost control for Retailers.

  • Ensure an effective and efficient team leadership – establishing priorities, development, coaching and mentoring programs and monitor performance and implement corrective actions if needed.

  • Proactively seek best solutions to existing challenges.

  • Cross-functional experience

  • Planning and organizational skills

  • Project management skills

  • Excellent communication skills/good analytical skills/very good Excel knowledge/Power BI knowledge will be an asset

  • Polish and English written/spoken as a must
