Your responsibilities

  • All aspects of leading the team of 4-10 employees (workload management, quality checking, team’s engagement, coaching, talent development and annual appraisals process)

  • Describe, streamline and monitor processes and workflows

  • Identify areas for improvements and manage implementation of relevant approaches, tools or solutions

  • Ensure effective communication with all parts involved in the processes and workflows

Our requirements

  • University degree, preferably in Economics, Finance or Law faculty

  • Min. 7 years of desirably experience in total

  • Experience in leading the team with all aspects of people management

  • Good knowledge of respective regulations (GDPR, IDD)

  • Experience in managing processes and projects

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Very good command of Polish and English

  • Proficiency in MS Office and general computer literacy

Optional

  • Brokerage license and experience in broker’s role

  • Knowledge of the employee’s benefits and private healthcare industry

  • An experience in implementing IT solutions with any of following: Power Automate, Power Query or Power BI

As a Team Leader in Brokerage Business Support Team, you will proactively manage a team engaged in a variety of tasks related to deliver required support for Mercer’s brokers. It includes workflow management, quality checking, team management, training and team development activities as well as constant process improvement thinking and proper tools implementing.
