Your responsibilities
- Responsible for operations and strategic planning
- Close cooperation with internal stakeholders across EMEA region
- Executing of high-quality and standards
- Driving digital mindset and improvements
- People management and talents development, creating an environment of growth
- Building relationships with internal clients based on the partnership and trust
Employer requirements
- Proven track record in leading teams in the area of administration/customer service/business support/HR admin
- Fluency in English both written and spoken, German is plus
- Experience in stakeholders management and building business relations across organization
- High level of flexibility and openness to build and create new structures in a fast-paced environment
- good understanding of automation technologies
