For our new established center Miele Global Services we are looking for Candidates for the position of:

Team Leader European Sales Factory (ESF)

Your responsibilities:

  • Enable the sales organization’s efficient operation and success
  • Lead and coach team members in documentation and Sales Back office execution
  • Ensure customer-oriented, lean and cost efficient execution of selected Sales Back office processes in Sales Factory to deliver profitable net sales growth and increased sales productivity
  • Drive harmonization and excellence in Sales Back office processes within own team and across Europe
  • Drive transition of new markets and processes into Sales Factory (incl. documentation, transition management, training and FTE build-up)
  • Manage team covering one or multiple markets
  • Coach team to efficiently handle processes in scope in line with sales organization’s expectations as defined by local sales management
  • Monitoring work execution and checking/improving work results
  • Planning employee assignments including vacation permits
  • Develop activities to train new employees and enable onboarding
  • Creation of evaluations and presentations for the department
  • Codify local country Sales Back office processes in Sales Factory
  • Build up necessary capabilities and transition tasks in Sales Factory (incl. “train the trainer” approach to build team’s capabilities quickly)

What we expect:

  • Experience as team lead and/or relevant work experience in a contact center (>3 years)
  • Education: Business administration or of a comparable study program
  • Excellent understanding of processes in Sales Back office and proven ability to constantly improve these processes
  • High diligence in process documentation and setup
  • Strong track record of leading and coaching teams
  • Proven ability to work in agile, fast-growing environment and in multi-national teams
  • Good ability to build relationships with business partners
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English (German or additional language skills a plus)
