Your responsibilities

  • Ensuring that the department meets both, sales and customer satisfaction targets

  • Maintaining and monitoring a motivated and informed team

  • Handling escalation calls

  • Ensuring optimum service provision is maintained

  • Collaboration with all key stakeholders, such as Internal / External account owners, Technical Support. DC´s, Asset and Marketing

Our requirements

Essential

•Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and energise a team, preferably in a contact centre or fast paced office environment

•Exceptional customer service skills

•Demonstrable ability to influence the sales number

•Excellent call handling, literacy, numeracy and analytical skills

•Fluent in English speaking and writing with a keen eye for detail

•Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to prioritise a demanding workload

•Ability to demonstrate a high degree of resiliency; self-awareness and an understanding of personal impact

•Ability to build and maintain an effective understanding of the electronic design industry

•Minimum intermediate user of Microsoft office suite

•A quick learner with the drive and determination to succeed

Desirable

•Multilanguage skills

•Experience of using CC technology to report and drive performance improvement

•Passionate about learning new things is key!
