Team Leader in Customer Service Operations

- Leading and developing a team of Customer Care Consultants,
- supervising changes and constantly working of improvements to our service,
- driving key success measurement metrics,
- ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction for the services,
- development and maintenance of existing relationships with customers and partners,
- forecast planning, reporting and controlling,
- monitor customer feedback and help resolve various problems.
- min. 1-2 years of relevant experience,
- fluent English (level C1),
- experience in Business Travel Management is a must,
- knowledge of Italian will be a strong asset,
- university degree,
- good organization and coordination skills,
- familiarize with office work and corporate structures,
- knowledge of CSR systems (Sabre/Galileo/Amadeus or similar) will be a strong asset.
