Your responsibilities
Responsible for smooth & consistent service delivery for Intercompany services
Manages overall operational performance - high quality & compliance, talent attraction & retention, business partner satisfaction, key performance indicators
Leads, motivates and develops the subordinated as well as ensures efficient organizational structure and process organization in the area of delegation
Escalation instance for Intercompany related topics
Strong cooperation with the customer and other supporting GBS Team (Reporting, Automation, Operational Excellence etc.)
Ensures continuous improvement of process design and service quality
Takes part in various projects
Monitors of Team Performance

Would you like to develop your career path within GBS KRK structures? Are you a leader who want to familiarize with new professional environment? Or maybe do you work as a Senior and you are very interested in people management?
Minimum 4-5 years of experience acting as Senior in Accounting (PTP/OTC/RTR)
SAP Experience is a must
Team management/Team Leader’s backup experience will be an asset
Very good command of English, both written and spoken
Outstanding organizational skills
Highly independent and systematic approach to work.
Excellent communication skills in intercultural environment
Flexibility and adaptability to be able to meet the closing deadlines
