About this opportunity
Welcome to the Payment Services team. We add value by servicing our nordic customes with high quality business processes. As Team Leader you’ll play a valuable role in delivery of Operations strategy of building effective, international and customer focused operations.
What you’ll be doing:
- attract, onboard and develop talents with nordic speaking skills
- ensure high quality services in given areas for Nordea customers
- develope your team using best operational standards and within Nordea culture.
- cooperate closely with other teams and leaders to support them with specialized skills of your unit
You’ll join an energetic, international team focused on building top class business services. The role is based in Gdańsk.

Your experience and background:
- min. 3 years experience as a leader, preferably with track record of managing nordic speaking teams
- min bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or similar
- experience in financial institution will be an additional asset
