Your responsibilities

  • Talent management according to Bayer strategy and HR tools.

  • Team size ~15 FTE from junior associate to junior subject matter leader.

  • Key accountability in the end-to-end process in accordance with the group, divisional strategy.

  • Contribute to efficiencies within operations in accordance SLA.

  • Management of homogenous stakeholders Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Our requirements

  • University degree or equivalent preferably in Accounting, Tax, Business Administration, Economics, or comparable professioal education.

  • Profound knowledge of Asset Management and IFRS16 process.

  • Several years on managerial positions, experience in shared service center processes as beneficial. English C1.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP basics required.

  • Operative thinking, more complex, variable problems to be solved Ability to lead virtual/remote teams incl. good command of online collaboration tools such as MS Teams.

  • Solid understanding of automation technologies (e.g., Power Automate, RPA).

  • Ability to communicate effectively and promptly at all levels of the organization, supporting department objectives and management decisions.

  • Advanced skills and courage for proactive communication and consultancy/alignment with stakeholders and business contacts.

  • Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity and usage of sound judgement in making decisions.

  • Very good organizational, presentation and people management skills. Strives efficiency.
