Team Leader - Production Planning

Your responsibilities
- Manage Production Planning team, develop and improve employees’ performance through coaching, training, development activities
- Deliver Logistic KPI´s (ensure high delivery service to customers with optimized stock and logistics costs)
- Contribute to Sales & Operation Planning to meet customer demand expectations
- Day to day Production Planning process management in accordance to global strategy (production schedule, orders prioritization)
- Participate in developing production planning & outbound strategy and to be part of implementation
- Develop and optimize processes, secure continues improvement
- Drive and implement local and global projects
Our requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in an international production company
- Master’s degree within logistics/supply chain management
- Successes in managing a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Polish
- Analytical thinking and managing multiple tasks at the same time
- Ability to make independent decisions and set priorities in stressful situations
- High level of communication and cooperation skills
- Proactive, innovative mindset, eager to learn and team-work oriented
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP system will be considered as advantage.

Job Description
