For our new established center Miele Global Services we are looking for Candidates for the position of:
Team Leader Receivable to Cash and Treasury with German

You will be responsible for:

Management tasks:

  • managing the Accounts Receivable and Treasury team in a newly formed shared service centre of a globally leading German manufacturer of premium household appliances;
  • performing operative tasks and help managing the Accounts Receivable and Treasury operations;
  • managing the resources available to achieve the task assigned in time, accuracy, and within planned cost;
  • performing reviews of results from the team;
  • managing the team in order to process the financial activities, supporting the business and achieving high performance and efficiency.

Operative tasks:

  • performing the customer credit management;
  • clarification and coordination of intercompany matters;
  • assignment and posting of incoming payments and clarification of payment differences, account reconciliation;
  • executing the receivables management and dunning as well as obtaining balance confirmations;
  • assistance in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements;
  • preparing data for mid and short term forecasts.

What we expect:

  • background in Finance & Accounting, Economics or Business Administration;
  • several years of relevant professional experience in accounting of a shared service centre;
  • experience in leading small business teams;
  • professional experience in Accounts Receivable and Treasury;
  • experience in process transition;
  • good knowledge of MS Office and SAP;
  • communication and presentation skills with problem solving skills and quality awareness;
  • fluency in English and German;
  • thinking and acting across organizational and process boundaries as well as independent, structured and result-oriented working methods;
  • creative and motivated team player with confident appearance and concise leadership qualities.
