    thyssenkrupp Group Services Gdańsk is a global competence and development center aimed at bundling and standardizing business processes for thyssenkrupp companies worldwide. We provide services in the areas of Finance & Accounting (FI), Human Resources (HR), Information Technology (IT), and Real Estate Management (RE). As thyssenkrupp Gdańsk we are a part of Global Shared Services Centres and one of the biggest SSC in Tricity. We are located in a modern Gdańsk office overlooking the sea.

    Your responsibilities


    Being a part of an international team of thysenkrupp you will lead a team providing remote assistance services for thyssenkrupp managers, teams or projects.

    • You will support your team, optimize and develop the services and processes within your team continuously
    • Your growing team will serve new customers repeatedly. You take care of onboarding, integration, training and coaching of new team members.
    • You will ensurethe service quality and reliability will be your major responsibility
    • You will generatereportings related to the services of yourteam

    The scope of remote assistance services includes:

    • Managing calendar
    • Answering phones and taking messages
    • Organizing meetings/events
    • Travel organization


    Your profile

    • University degree
    • Completed commercial professional training or a comparable professional qualification
    • Language skills: German skills C1 level, English skills B2 level
    • At least three years of professional experience in assistance activities or in other areas with customer contact
    • Microsoft Office: proficiency level
    • You have already proven your leadership skills
    • Strong service orientation
    • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
    • Ability to work under pressure and to manage competing priorities
    • Excellent communication skills, highly developed interpersonal skills and strong service orientation
