Your responsibilities
- Talent management according to Bayer strategy and HR tools.
- Team size ~15 FTE from junior associate to expert.
- Responsible for timely and accurate processing of accounting and tax transactions, main responsibility is Asset Management.
- Assist in measuring performance against Service Level Agreements, KPI review, supporting improvement initiatives.
- Management of homogenous stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Our requirements
- University degree or equivalent preferably in Accounting, Tax, Business Administration, Economics, or comparable professional education.
- Process, project, or team management experience.
- Ability to lead virtual/remote teams including good command of online collaboration tools such as MS Teams.
- Solid understanding of automation technologies (e.g., Power Automate, RPA).
- Process knowledge in Financial Accounting with focus on Asset Management area.
- Very good in communication and presentation, organizational skills.
- Advanced in MS Office, SAP knowledge required. Operative thinking, routine problems to be solved.
- Languages: English C1.
