As a Team Leader – Sourcing you will be skilled in interpreting resourcing plans and defining role requirements, you will develop imaginative sourcing options that are precisely right for each role recruited. That could mean using networking, headhunting, social networks or even something entirely new. The choice (and the responsibility) is yours. You will go on to inspire your team of specialists to deliver those strategies to maximum effect and ensure we meet client expectations time after time.


  • Managing and developing your team.
  • Taking responsibility for team objectives and performance.
  • Building and strengthening relationships within the team and with the Client.
  • Ensuring that services meet both internal and client targets.
  • Compiling weekly, monthly and quarterly management reports/management information as required to keep all stakeholders up to date
  • Driving implementation of new processes and recruitment system improvements
  • Liaising with variety of teams from TA sector (Admin, Attraction, Internal Mobility) based globally
  • Identifying areas of process improvement and service enhancement and communicate these to management Team
  • Holding an understanding of recruitment best practice tools and methodologies (e.g., sourcing techniques) and promoting these for different stakeholders
  • Undertaking project work as required


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on recruitment experience.
  • Previous experience of managing people and developing teams.
  • Ability to achieve demanding targets.
  • Good analytical skills to translate and analyse reporting.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Fluency in English.
