Your responsibilities
Lead a team of ~15 employees and enable their performance and development through Nordea's leadership principles and behaviours

Our requirements
Relevant Bachelor's/Master`s degree or similar
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
You use Microsoft tools freely
You have experience in leading a team or a cell within a team
You have a proven record in reaching objectives and getting things done
You are familiar with LEAN processes, Operational Excellence and Continues Improvements

About this opportunity
Transaction Monitoring & Sanctions Investigations (TMSI) in Group Financial Crime Prevention plays a very important role in maintaining and improving our strong defence against financial crime. We strongly contribute to fighting financial crime by running an efficient and effective operation for all Business Areas in order to detect and report any signs of potential criminal activity related to money laundering, terrorist financing, bribery, corruption or tax evasion. The risk aspect of our work is very complex as we juggle quality levels, constantly adjust to society's risk picture, collaborate with stakeholders as well as secure our overall plans and change agenda.
You will lead a team of AML investigators and be part of our local leadership team that co-creates and co-manages TMSI Poland. You will also cooperate closely with our partner teams in Norwegian TMI Value Chain (Teams in Norway and Estornia), as well as with other important stakeholders.
