leading a team of qualified Transport Control Tower employees
working closely with various stakeholders across the Carlsberg Group to ensure best in class delivery of services
building and maintaining professional relationships with local organizations and logistics providers
resolving non-standard customer and logistics providers inquiries, that will challenge your knowledge and motivate you to develop further

Our requirements
worked in Supply Chain before, with a preference for candidates with experience in the transportation area and an educational background in logistics
2+ years of documented experience in leading the team
work independently and to take great responsibility
understands logistics terminology
keeps the overview and carry out multiple tasks simultaneously, but also able to prioritize when working with tight deadlines
motivated committed professional with a positive attitude, a good sense of humour, with a flexible approach when it comes to working hours
worked in, and enjoys working in a diverse, and international environment
fluent command of written and spoken English
navigates easily in Office365 environment and has hands-on knowledge of MS Excel

Role overview
Probably the best Logistics Team is looking for a talented Team Leader with a passion for delivering excellence within the logistics area (shipping, receiving, storage), supporting customers, leading and developing people.
Transport Control Tower, currently made up of 36 team members, grouped into regions, are dedicated to provide services for the Local Supply Chain Organization and Integrated Supply Chain entity, performing end-to-end transport and distribution related processes. The Transport Control Tower department plays an important role in the shipping and receiving processes, indirectly contributing to warehouse activities to ensure a high level of customer service.
