Your responsibilities

  • This is a challenging position where you need to use your leadership skills, manage people and still have the real hands-on experience in software development and our products. Line management responsibilities for a team of developers, including hiring & recruiting, performance management, personal and professional development as well as:
  • Work closely with the team, engage and initiate actions to create innovative and open environment
  • Lead and coach team members, share knowledge, assist team in technical issues, set the directions for the team
  • Seek potential in individual team members, empower them to take actions and make decisions
  • Build effective teams
  • Understand and live according to company culture values
  • Cooperate closely with the product owners, software architects and scrum masters
  • Establish guidelines, practices and policies to guarantee the highest quality outcomes

Our requirements

  • Higher education, technical or in other related fields
  • Experience as applications developer with solid programming experience and eager to stay tuned with the latest technologies
  • Minimum 3+ years on software developer position
  • Experience with Design and Architectural patterns
  • Understanding of the software lifecycle processes and strive to ensure constant care for architecture, code base, test and documentation
  • Experience in agile methodologies (SCRUM) as your daily development process
  • Experience in and understanding of cloud infrastructure will be a plus
  • Strong communication & relationship management skills
  • Enthusiasm & self-reliance, with a high degree of commitment and ownership. Ability to mobilize yourself and others to perform the tasks with full commitment, you are ought to set an example through your engaged attitude.
  • Inquisitive approach and problem solving skills, i.e. dare challenge solutions and ideas
  • Excellent and efficient written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, ability to effectively facilitate meetings
  • Ability to ensure effective, transparent, open communication within the team to solve problems, create and exchange ideas, give positive feedback
  • Able to develop team members and empower them, encourage others to present initiative in their actions.
  • Good listening skills and ability to draw accurate conclusions from the available data. Creates solution variants, indicates their consequences and recommends the best options. Supports team members in proper formulation of conclusions.
  • Ability to thrive in a multisite, cross-cultural team and take pride in your craftsmanship
  • Quality focus and thoroughness in general. Performs their tasks with precision and accuracy; takes all significant details into account
