Your responsibilities
Ensures that all targets and deadlines described in KPIs and SLAs are met according to Client’s expectations
Creates, leads and develops strong and effective teams motivated towards effective performance and objectives realization
Assures sufficient resources to perform operations for the Client
Manages turnover and recruitment processes for the project
Accurately forecasts and manages costs and profitability for the project
Takes care of quality improvements
Our requirements
Related business knowledge and experience service delivery phases and people management
P2P, O2C or R2R experience will be an asset
Fluent English and Basic German (B1)
Strong client relationship management skills
Ability to work effectively under time pressure with deadlines and in a changing environment
Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork approach
Able to work on multiple tasks in demanding environment and work with people from diverse culture
