For our client, international, worldwide company we're looking for a Team Leader, who will run the Customer Operations Team.
Your responsibilities
managing a team of Customer Operations, up to 20 FTE
conducting recruitment, selection, induction training and ongoing skills development for all team
staffing planning and all workforce management, work allocation
being responsible for the team productivity, reviewing and monitoring work performance
undertaking performance reviews and 1:1 monthly meetings
training and development of people, through a variety of different learning methods
building an environment which supports the spirit of teamwork
supporting Senior Managers in process improvements
Employer requirements
previous experience in people management, preferably in customer service environment
yery good German and English (at least B2)
strong knowledge of contact center operations
MS Office knowledge
ability to prioritize and organize work in a multitasked environment
excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
excellent presentation skills
