For our client, international, worldwide company we're looking for a Team Leader, who will run the Customer Operations Team.

Your responsibilities

  • managing a team of Customer Operations, up to 20 FTE

  • conducting recruitment, selection, induction training and ongoing skills development for all team

  • staffing planning and all workforce management, work allocation

  • being responsible for the team productivity, reviewing and monitoring work performance

  • undertaking performance reviews and 1:1 monthly meetings

  • training and development of people, through a variety of different learning methods

  • building an environment which supports the spirit of teamwork

  • supporting Senior Managers in process improvements

Employer requirements

  • previous experience in people management, preferably in customer service environment

  • yery good German and English (at least B2)

  • strong knowledge of contact center operations

  • MS Office knowledge

  • ability to prioritize and organize work in a multitasked environment

  • excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

  • excellent presentation skills
