Your responsibilities
- Executing a sales strategy to meet regional and team revenue targets, setting role-based targets,
- Coordinating sales activities, developing and mentoring staff to drive performance and career development,
- Conducting regular meetings with team members to provide them constructive feedback on their performance,
- Participating in improvement initiatives and other assigned actions
Our requirements
- Fluent German and English is a must,
- Previous experience in team management,
- Strong organization skills,
- Excellent communication and leadership skills,
- Decision-making skills,
- Proficiency in MS Office,
- Innovative thinking and problem-solving,
- Understand clients’ needs and to self-improve.
