Your responsibilities

  • Executing a sales strategy to meet regional and team revenue targets, setting role-based targets,

  • Coordinating sales activities, developing and mentoring staff to drive performance and career development,

  • Conducting regular meetings with team members to provide them constructive feedback on their performance,

  • Participating in improvement initiatives and other assigned actions

Our requirements

  • Fluent German and English is a must,

  • Previous experience in team management,

  • Strong organization skills,

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills,

  • Decision-making skills,

  • Proficiency in MS Office,

  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving,

  • Understand clients’ needs and to self-improve.

Optional

  • IT knowledge - Strong interest and passion for technology innovation and the industry.
