The Role:
As a Customer Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing, developing and providing support to Specialists team. Your role would involve monitoring team performance, leading by example as well as motivate team members. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring team results and report them to manager.
To be successful as a team leader, you should have a strong leaderships skills, ability to motivate and inspire others. Ultimately, you should be able to build good relationships with the team by organize team building activities.

For instance, early in 2016, they've put our 250th truck into operation, and in 2018 they’ve put their 300th truck on the road. The maintenance and servicing of all these trucks and trailers are carried out in the own workshop of Boekestijn Transport Service in Mill, the Netherlands.
