About the project

Do you have a technical background but mindset already focused on people's development? You know how to support software projects' staffing and at the same time build, motivate and care about your team's needs? If yes we have an opportunity for you! We are looking for an experienced Line Manager to take care of our software teams. You will be managing diverse (yes, it will be challenging) software engineers who together make an amazing team. We guarantee challenges, problems to solve, and situations neither of us can expect. But at the same time, you will contribute to creating amazing software solutions and what is most important you will get a great, loyal and dedicated team, people who will count on your support and experience!

Your responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction to the delivery teams in line with company strategy and customer needs

  • Competence development and utilization of staff allocated to the team

  • Managing the motivation and performance of people, giving regular feedback

  • Defining the roadmap for the technical areas assigned to your business line

  • Day-to-day cooperation with Project Managers in the people management area

  • Establishing and encouraging an organizational culture

  • Sharing knowledge in a manner that helps people to develop their competence

  • Engaging internal and external technical community to promote, learn and teach

  • Close cooperation with HR and recruitment team in recruiting and hiring talents to fill team positions

Our requirements

  • At least two years of experience in team coordination in IT projects

  • Strong leadership skills including the ability to empower people, coaching and mentoring

  • Good understanding of the software development process and business-related fields

  • Excellent communication and presentation, organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Networking and collaboration skills, openness to cooperation with different business partners and establish a productive partnership

  • Self-drive and working actively and independently towards targets, focusing on results

  • Very good command of English both in speech and writing

  • MSc or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Electronics or related technical area


  • Experience in project management and agile
