    The Role

    This role is accountable for providing leadership and oversight to a team of capable attorneys/paralegals and analysts dedicated to support our client in the management of their commercial and public contracts.

    Our Client is global, leading edge, new technology company based in United States of America, who is focused on problem solving and values cooperative approach. The role requires frequent communication in English with client’s stakeholders.

    Responsibilities:

    • Play an integral role in developing and managing the team, which includes the recruitment of team members, onboarding and training, performance management, and keeping the team motivated
    • Manage and develop client relationship, provide exceptional service
    • Building a high performing operations function, with a particular focus on report design, work allocation and auditing
    • Analyse workflows and associated functionality in order to design and build effective solutions with a particular focus on reporting and technology
    • Effectively allocate work for multiple streams in order to ensure service maintenance
    • Equip Team with the tools, knowledge and training that will enable them to utilize and manage the data within reports to drive business opportunity
    • Review client/team reporting requirements on an ongoing basis and updating or revising practices and processes to ensure consistent high levels of operational efficiency, and make recommendations for improvement
    • Build analytical models to evaluate business situations and provide recommendations
    • Facilitate report creation through analyzing and researching client data and related information
    • Audit data in order to maintain data bases consistency
    • Identifying risks and issues, and developing appropriate mitigation plans
    • Ad hoc project management

    Our ideal candidate has the following skill sets and characteristics:

     Team Management

    • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in leading and managing a team to implement and follow a detailed process
    • Ability to assign and oversee work streams through analysis of a team’s skill and experience
    • Strong coaching & development skills
    • Proficiency in workflow management, team performance metrics & reporting

     Client Relationship Development/Management

    • Experience in analysing business needs of the Client while developing and implementing innovative, effective solutions & strategies
    • Strong “client hands” and business communication skills
    • Business acumen and understanding of contractual & SLA frameworks that govern Client Service environment
    • Ability to interface with customers and members of large organizations
    • Proven track record in building strong, trust-based relationships with diverse client groups
    • Drive for Continuous Improvement
    Evidenced ability to digest data from multiple streams, identify patterns, outliers and generate valued add reports across all levels
    • Ability to manage ambiguity and thrives in high pressure situations
    • Ability to understand complex data sets, identify interdependencies between various data elements and drive improvements in data extraction, structuring and reporting
    • Ability to use metrics to monitor and improve performance and achieve performance goals
    • Experience in change management during implementation of company-wide policies and procedures
    • Possesses an appetite for innovation, driving efficiencies by developing playbooks, templates, SOPs and more
    • Quick to identify and resolve issues in collaboration with client and team members

    Collaborative Spirit

    • Proven ability to work collaboratively with different internal groups/functions and virtual teams
    • Demonstrated ability to work well with all levels of an organization (internally and externally) to provide excellent client service
    Education:
    • Degree qualified, preferably with a strong business, technology, and statistics component
    • Excellent working knowledge of Excel and MS Power point
    • Legal background or experience with commercial contracts highly desirable
    • Six Sigma certification will be an asset
    • Excellent written and spoken command of English
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate and present across all levels
    • Demonstrates a comfort with a broad spectrum of technology, with particular focus on Relativity.
