Your responsibilities

About the role

The role will be part of the management team and contributing to the overall strategy of the Platform.

About the project

Digital Business Automation are a global function within IT Infrastructure Delivery with approximately 250 staff in 13 countries. We are responsible for defining and implementing the strategy for a number of critical products across the organisation, as well as ensuring their availability, recoverability and security.

The successful candidate will lead a number of PODs (or Teams). The role is a senior one that will be part of the Executive Committee and will have the ability to influence the direction and the strategy for our Platform.

The PODs related to this role provide services that make IT easier to consume in HSBC and are pivotal to the success of our services. We are looking for a pro-active, technology aware, senior manager who can help drive the people and the tools in the direction that will deliver the best benefit to our organization.
