    In order to strengthen our Global structures we are looking for a:

    Team Manager
    Project Workflow Desk

    Responsible for day to day management of the Global Service Excellence Desk team, governing inbound work from Premier and other globally-managed multinational clients, identifying and escalating service issues ensuring they are addressed and that the level service delivery is in line with client expectations.  Day to day management of Workflow Project Senior Specialists team, to include deployment, management, and development.  Reporting to leadership on the effectiveness of service delivery across main clients portfolio, identifying problem areas and trends and suggesting possible actions to mitigate.  


    • Governance of the inbound service delivery for Globally-managed clients in all geographies;
    • Putting procedures in place to monitor and govern delivery including ensuring appropriate peer review and where necessary partnering with specialists on escalation and resolution of inbound issues;
    • Management of the Project Workflow Team senior Specialists;
    • Ensuring proper deployment of team resources;
    • Checking if the team is following proper processes, and properly reviewing work;
    • Recruiting and training new team members in processes, procedures, and technology;
    • Reporting service desk effectiveness and service delivery status;
    • Exploring ways to further expand and leverage the Team.


    • 7 – 10 years of relevant experience;
    • 4 + people management experience;
    • University degree;
    • Fluent English is a must;
    • Other major European languages will be considered as a great asset;
    • Strong organization and planning skills (project management)
