Your responsibilities

  • Working in close partnership with the Technical Project Manager, Cybersecurity Risk & Controls Strategy (CRCS) Team

  • Technical Business Analyst/SME will be responsible for working with the PMs and Product Owner(s) to: create technical requirements

  • Lead design work including but not limited process design, visualisations, and reports; provide business analysis through the course of the agile project lifecycle; and lead assigned tasks and activities as required

  • This role requires an ability to work adaptably within a fast-paced and maturing agile environment; a strong focus on delivering value to stakeholders; and the ability to work autonomously, trusted to self-assign and complete tasks without close monitoring.

Our requirements

  • Experience of working as a BA so that you can bring a good understanding of Agile methodologies to the role.

  • Experience of technical understanding of infrastructure technologies

  • Experience of gathering detailed business requirements and translate to technical requirements for the development team

  • Experience of developing and implement Target operating models on an enterprise level

  • Experience of driving and managing meetings with various stakeholders

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to produce clear and concise reports for targeted audiences across internal and external stakeholders.

  • Working with stakeholders to manage scope and ensure prioritized product backlog is refined periodically to align with customer priorities

  • Experience of working with Information Governance teams in order to ensure that security and privacy requirements are captured
