Your responsibilities
Working in close partnership with the Technical Project Manager, Cybersecurity Risk & Controls Strategy (CRCS) Team
Technical Business Analyst/SME will be responsible for working with the PMs and Product Owner(s) to: create technical requirements
Lead design work including but not limited process design, visualisations, and reports; provide business analysis through the course of the agile project lifecycle; and lead assigned tasks and activities as required
This role requires an ability to work adaptably within a fast-paced and maturing agile environment; a strong focus on delivering value to stakeholders; and the ability to work autonomously, trusted to self-assign and complete tasks without close monitoring.
Our requirements
Experience of working as a BA so that you can bring a good understanding of Agile methodologies to the role.
Experience of technical understanding of infrastructure technologies
Experience of gathering detailed business requirements and translate to technical requirements for the development team
Experience of developing and implement Target operating models on an enterprise level
Experience of driving and managing meetings with various stakeholders
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to produce clear and concise reports for targeted audiences across internal and external stakeholders.
Working with stakeholders to manage scope and ensure prioritized product backlog is refined periodically to align with customer priorities
Experience of working with Information Governance teams in order to ensure that security and privacy requirements are captured
